1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services Overview

Darnell Porta Johns & Events provides clean, reliable portable restroom rentals, handwashing stations, and event sanitation services for construction sites, community events, weddings, and private gatherings.


All rentals and services are subject to availability and may require a signed rental agreement or contract.

3. Quotes & Reservations

  • Quotes are estimates only and are not binding until confirmed by our team.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

  • Reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as outlined in your agreement.

  • Pricing may vary based on event type, duration, distance, and required service frequency.
     

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before delivery to receive a full refund of any deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Once units are delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Weather-related cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
     

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance. Please ensure access to the site is available during the agreed-upon window.

  • Darnell Porta Johns & Events is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible roads, locked gates, or site obstructions.

  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours delivery, special placement, or emergency service calls.
     

6. Service & Maintenance

  • All units are delivered clean, sanitized, and ready for use.

  • For multi-day rentals, service frequency will be clearly stated in your contract.

  • Do not relocate or move any unit without prior approval.

  • The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or vandalism to rental equipment during their rental period.
     

7. Event Liability

Darnell Porta Johns & Events is not liable for injury, accident, or property damage resulting from misuse of our equipment or failure to follow provided instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and appropriate use of all rental units on-site.

8. Payments

  • Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Returned checks will be subject to a $35 processing fee.
     

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to this page, with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be handled within the appropriate courts of Cherokee County, Georgia.
